The Royal Alcazar of Seville, with its Mudejar Palace and its Gothic Palace, is one of the most visited historical monuments in the city, where exotic trees, fountains that come to life through the murmur of the water and colourful peacocks will tell us about legends, stories and important events that took place within its walls.

Seville Cathedral, the third largest in the world, impresses with its mixture of styles. The courtyard of the orange trees or the entrance of the ‘Lagarto’ are the first views that the traveller will have of this solemn Christian temple. Inside, the impressive main altar, the choir and especially the tomb of Christopher Columbus are the key points of this visit. And above all, climb to the top of the most beloved and recognised symbol of the city: La Giralda, former minaret of the Great Mosque of Seville, it is today the city’s landmark.

A stroll through the famous Santa Cruz quarter and its Jewish quarter reveals the coexistence of cultures. The names of some of its streets are striking: Agua, Muerte, Vida (Water, Death, Life) …

Triana, the neighbourhood of potters, bullfighters and flamenco singers, also hides corners with a traditional flavour. •  Granada is in itself a jewel that treasures a moment in the history of Al-Andalus full of magic, legends and aromas of oriental perfumes. A day to get to know the most beautiful monument that the city has to offer and one of the most visited in Spain: The Alhambra. Palaces, fortress and gardens make up a unique space in the world. A direct legacy of the last Muslim dynasty of Al-Andalus, it stands proudly from the top of a hill, dominating the whole city and the fertile plain of Granada. Our visit ‘geometry, water and gardens’ will reveal at every step the beauty of the monument and some of its best kept secrets, which at first glance we cannot understand unless accompanied by a highly specialised guide.

A pleasant lunch consisting of a menu designed to taste, through the palate, that history where the spices, the products and the way they are treated and cooked take us back to the most Muslim Granada.
The rest of the day can be a unique opportunity to explore the rest of the historic centre, strolling through its squares, Arabic streets, traditional cafés to taste its most famous sweets, shopping in exclusive shops or letting yourself be carried away by the rhythm of the locals

The evening is a unique opportunity to go up to one of its viewpoints such as the Mirador de San Nicolas, in the heart of the Albaicín, the most picturesque district and protected by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Our finishing touch to this day is undoubtedly to enjoy a gastronomic experience in a ‘Carmen’, a typically Andalusian type of construction, with interior and exterior terraces and views of the illuminated Alhambra. A magical power that will leave an indelible memory.

  • From Granada and less than 1,5hrs away we find two cities that are also UNESCO World Heritage Sites: Ubeda and Baeza. We visit the historic centre of each of them with our guide specialised in history. In Ubeda we will also be able to privately enter the so-called ‘Synagogue of the Water’, discovered a few years ago by chance. A unique space with mysterious connotations that explain how the presence of the Jewish culture still survives through the ages.

Visit to an Extra Virgin Olive Oil Mill, to learn more about this product considered the ‘green gold’ of the Spanish economy, with a tasting included that will delight the most demanding palates.
A lunch based on typical tapas of the area as part of the complete experience before returning to Granada. That evening we propose a free dinner and above all a HAMMAM experience with a massage of your choice.

  •  On this last day in Granada our client can opt for a personal discovery of the city following the advice of our specialised advisors in Granada: a tapas tour in the establishments specially selected by us, shopping, or even a visit to a pottery workshop in the Albaicín. Of course the star product in Granada is the purest Flamenco in one of the caves of Sacromonte.

3 nights in 4* superior/ 5* /5* G.L

  • Cordoba was the most important city in the western world as the Caliphate of Al-Andalus. A city that stood out for the cultural explosion that has survived to the present day. Philosophers and poets, doctors and scientists, artists and musicians, mathematicians and architects. A time of splendour that has left an unparalleled heritage legacy.

The coexistence of different cultures is one of the secrets that made this city the cradle of the world at all levels. Our proposal is quite special in Cordoba. The visit that we call ‘Wisdom and Tolerance’ will take us first to know the city from the hand of one of the most important philosophers of Al-Andalus: Averroes, who will guide us through the narrow streets of the city, will introduce us to the customs of the Muslim Cordoba and will show us a great part of the craftsmanship and some traditions. Later Averroes will meet his contemporary Maimonides, in this case a Jewish philosopher and jurist who will invite Averroes to learn about the traditions and way of life of the Jews in Cordoba with a visit to the Synagogue and the House of Sepharad, where music, perfumes and poems will be a fundamental part. Also the gastronomy, as we will sit at the table of a restaurant specialised in Sephardic food. We will share conversation, food and a private musical performance.

And to finish the day, an experience in the Hammam of Cordoba with massage and tea.

  • For the next visit we will go into the province with a visit to Priego de Córdoba, a place of special beauty, with a small historic centre where streets full of flowers, churches and views of a real sea of olive trees, are the main attraction for visitors. Lunch will be preceded by a presentation of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, tasting and a tasting menu where oil and seasonal products are the main protagonists.

We return to Cordoba in the afternoon to enjoy free time in the city, shopping or exploring the squares and Palaces with beautiful traditional patios.
We propose dinner in a curious place with a different concept: El Mercado de la Victoria. Visitors are free to choose their own menu from a variety of stands, each one specialising in a different type of food.

  •  This last day in Cordoba will not miss a visit to its most representative monument: The Mosque. A temple where two worlds and two cultures met more than 1000 years ago and which still survives as an example of the architectural richness through the fusion of peoples.
A gastronomic experience that will take you on a journey through many of Cordoba’s original dishes between popular wine cellars and high level gastronomic restaurants.

We say goodbye with a night walk to see its monuments and its Roman Bridge illuminated.

4 nights in 4*75*75*G.L.accomodation

  • Malaga, an ancient city of Phoenician foundation, has become the centre of cultural life in Andalusia, the headquarters chosen by many foreign companies to set up their head offices and a meeting point for cultures and nationalities that give it a marked cosmopolitan character. Its more than 35 museums, its gastronomic offer that includes the Costa del Sol and Michelin Star Restaurants, its technological diversity and its growing cultural offerings with theatres, concerts and festivals, have placed it in little more than 25 years, as one of the best cities in the world to live, according to several specialized international magazines.
  • The most complete day in Malaga will be a journey through its most ancient history where we will be able to see walls and archaeological remains of more than 3000 years old, passing through monuments from the Roman, Muslim and Christian periods, until we reach the most contemporary period from the 19th century to the present day. Time to discover part of its gastronomic offer and then to delve into the figure of one of the most universal Malagueños: Picasso. The painter was born in this city in 1881 so we can visit both his birth house and the Picasso Museum of Malaga, where some of the important works of his personal career, invite us to learn more about this genius of art who always took Malaga in his thoughts.

The best way to end a full day in the city, and after dinner, is to go up to one of its most emblematic roof top where the views are simply amazing.

  • Within our philosophy of sustainable tourism and respectful with the traditions and the environment and its people, we offer an exclusive product of I’M EXPERIENCE, the visit to popular neighbourhoods where we will have the opportunity to be received by the neighbours themselves, enter their homes and private environments and even to cook with them or to entertain our visit with flamenco. All this through an experience that we call ‘A Journey to the songs of Málaga’.

Rest of the day will be spent exploring the city, enjoying a relaxing Hammam and tea, or shopping.

  • Only 1.15 hours away we reach Ronda, one of the most famous cities in and outside the province of Malaga. Suspended at an altitude of more than 700 metres above sea level and overlooking the impressive view of the tajo, a natural gorge open between rocks and about 103 m deep, we speak of deep-rooted traditions such as bullfighting, the romantic travellers of the 19th century and the presence of palaces and protected natural environments.

In addition, the whole region is known for the excellent quality of its wines, so we will enjoy an exclusive visit to one of its wineries, from where we will contemplate the vineyards, taste its wines and try some of its local products such as cheeses, charcuterie and typical sweets.

On the way back to Malaga and after a break, we propose a dinner to enjoy the sunset by the sea.

  • One day dedicated to the personal discovery of Malaga, following some of our suggestions to continue visiting museums, botanical gardens or simply enjoy the local atmosphere and enjoy like a local. Depending on the season we can add a show or concert in one of its theatres, a quality flamenco show, a maritime activity such as sailing on a catamaran or private boat or a unique and private experience at the Automobile and Fashion Museum where you can even have the privilege of feeling how a classic Cadillac glides through the streets of Malaga, with a bottle of champagne at the end of the visit.

  • We cannot leave the city without having enjoyed a full gastronomic experience, starting in the morning and following a route that will take us from the tasting inside the main market, to popular taverns, tapas bars and a restaurant of high culinary level. Both the day of departure and any of the days of stay in Malaga, stroll, enjoy and taste the city through its cuisine full of flavour.

An experience to discover the essence of our destinations.

We bring travelers closer to the most authentic traditions so they can experience them firsthand.
A journey that combines experiences that live on in the memory of its people and the roots of the most typical flamenco" palos" (styles)of Malaga..

JOURNEY TO "CANTES" OF MALAGA

This is a very special trip. Crossing the Guadalmedina by one of its most unique bridges ‘Puente de Santo Domingo o de los alemanes’ we discover that we are entering another Malaga. The walk takes us to the interior of several ‘Casas de Vecinos’ called ‘Corralones’. An architecture inherited from the 19th century where neighbours share a common place: the courtyard. A place for meeting, working, daily chores such as cooking, washing or even washing up, always shared by all the families living in the same building. Today they have become colourful gardens, with pots, flowers and decorations made by the residents of the neighbourhood themselves. We knock on the doors of their houses and they allow us to enter, and there, amidst the surprised looks of the visitors and the curious ones of the inhabitants of the Corralón, a flamenco sound surprises us from a corner.

Accompanied by the singing, the guitar and some very special hosts, we will walk through its humble streets, full of experience and we will go back into other corralones, and the flamenco palos (styles) will be adapted because it is there where the styles of Malaga were born. We will unravel the roots of these styles, we will get to know the legacy left by flamenco figures born in these neighbourhoods, among its streets and its people. They will surprise us with stories told first hand and will offer us, at the end of the route, a gastronomic tasting of their own traditional cuisine prepared by themselves under the direction of La Alacena del Corralón.

And so, during a 3-hour tour, we travel to the heart of a neighbourhood and one of its most outstanding pillars, which is already an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
