Discovering authenticity in Malaga's corralones: a journey into the past in the 21st century.

Malaga courtyards “Corralones”: Hidden gems

Programa

There are PLACES that still preserve an authentic way of life and have not lost their essence despite the passing of time. Hidden away in the big cities we can find surprising corners where people preserve ancestral customs and coexist with the rhythm of modernity. The corralones are a type of modest house, of popular architectural typology and multi-family character that proliferated in the neighbourhoods of La Trinidad and El Perchel in Malaga during the 19th century.

We have the exclusivity to enter environments where only a privileged few have access.

Interacting with the neighbours and spending a day listening to their experiences is our proposal.

We invite the traveller to get to know very closely the traditions and customs that have been handed down from generation to generation to the present day, and which remain intact today.
